Print directory, £2 per word. Please note that a telephone number, a website, or an email address are each consedred to be one word. Listings will run for four issues.

PREMIUM PACKAGE
Advertisers requiring the premium package will receive up to 5,000 free A5 leaflets, single sided, full colour, and 115gm gloss, inclusive of delivery, or up to 500 full colour, A6 postcards on 400g matt art card, gloss laminated single side for copy. All artwork must be provided in print ready PDF. Cost £285, full page or £190 half page. Minimum four issues commitment.
For double sided postcards (full colour one side and black and white reverse side, add an extra £30.
PAYMENT DETAILS
We require all advertisers to sign and return our booking form prior to inclusion. Email confirmations however will also be accepted as a booking. Please note that you will be invoiced by our Accounts department, prior to publication*. Please ensure that payment arrives according to the terms specified on your invoice. For any queries regarding payment please contact info@lifewest9.co.uk.
*For adverts running for four issues or more, pre payment of the first issue will be requested as a deposit, subsequent issues will be invoiced on publication.
PRINT SPECIFICATIONS
Images should be supplied as CMYK, 300DPI, TIFF, EPS or maximum resolution JPEG.
Vector artwork such as logos shold be supplied as outlined Illustrator, EPS or PDF files.
Ad designed externally should be supplied as press optimized PDFs (PDF-X/1A or Pass4Press) at the exact dimensions specified above. We do not accept PDFs created in PageMaker, Corel Draw, Publisher or Freehand.
Full page adverts and double page spreads must bleed by 3mm on all sides. All screen and printer fonts must be embedded and registration marks must be included on all bleed adverts. The safe area is 6mm on all sides inside the trim. Files which are not provided as specified here will not be accepted.

All advertisements designed by our designers will be sent to you for approval prior to being printed. All text, logos and images must bew received seven working weeks prior to publication.
Articles and Advertorials are laid out according to the style and main fonts of the magazine and as such proofs are only sent out if specifically requested.
