Terms & Conditions
The placing of an order for an advert with LifeWest9 magazine by signing our Booking form or confirming by email is an acceptance by you (“the Advertiser”) of these terms and conditions:
1. Adverts are accepted on the understanding that the advertiser is authorized to publish the contents thereof.
2. All adverts are printed in good faith. Whilst all reasonable care is taken to ensure the accuracy of the information, the publisher accepts no responsibility for the accuracy of statements and opinions expressed by the contributors or advertisers, for any loss arising from non-publication of any advertisement, for the contents of the adverts, the services provided by the advertisers or for any errors or omissions in either the editorial or advertisements published.
3. LifeWest9 cannot and does not take any responsibility for errors in copy or artwork submitted by the advertiser. Please refer to the print specifications above.
4. As to content, it is the responsibility of the advertiser to ensure that adverts are legal and do not infringe the intellectual property rights (including but not limited to copyright) of any third party. In placing an order for an advert the advertiser indemnifies and holds harmless LifeWest9 magazine, its publishers, editor and staff against all costs and expenses of defending claims for alleged infringement of intellectual property rights (including but not limited to copyright) of any third party.
5. All copy is subject to the approval of the publisher.
LifeWest9 reserves the right to cancel advertisements, insertions, space reservations or position agreements at any time.
6. Cancellation of advertising space must be made in writing, two weeks prior to the copy deadline.
Cancellations will not be accepted within two weeks of the copy deadline, and an advertiser booking a series (ie up to four editions ) can not cancel during the run, whether or not he is paying for the space on a per issue basis. One year premium positions cannot be cancelled.
7. Accounts must be paid according to the terms on the invoice.
8. The publisher has the right to hold the advertiser liable for money due for advertising that has been published. In this respect, interest at the rate of 3 percent above base rate per 14 calendar day period will be added, compounded in each such 14- day period on any outstanding balance from the date on the invoice until the date of receipt of payment in full. Also, please be advised that, in accordance with European Directive 2000/35/EC, a debt recovery fee of £40 will be charged to cover debt recovery costs.
9. Conditions, other than rates, are subject to change without notice. LifeWest9 reserves the right to revise its rates from time to time on giving notice.
